Do you like your water plain or flavored? Do you drink it every day?
I absolutely hate flavored water. I prefer ice cold spring water, but I don't drink it as much as I should. I'm a Coca-Cola addict!
I must drink water every day to stay hydrated because I dehyrate very easily. I drink an average of 6 -7 bottles of water everyday. I prefer drinking water at room temperature because I tend to guzzle and cold water gives me that uuuuhhh "brain freeze" . Of course, when I go out to eat, I will drink ice water "like a lady"! But because I do drink so much water, it does get boring after a while so I like to spice it up with powdered flavors. What I do not like are the enhanced waters that are already flavored.
I don't drink flavored water. I prefer a cold glass of fresh water. I confess, I probably do not drink as much as I should, although I do try.
Plain water, and I drink water every day, cold water. Fizzy drinks tend to dehydrate you. I do not drink cola at all.
Most of the time I drink water right out of the tap; we have pretty good water here in Olympia. If I need it or want it flavored when we have spearmint and peppermint that we grow that I can use to flavor the water. What I will not do is go to the grocery store and buy water in plastic bottles....that is just silly on so many levels.
I drink a huge bottle of water (probably equivalent to 4-5 cups) every day at work. I drink a second one if I go to the gym or play soccer that day. I really hate water so from time to time I'll squeeze a little lemon juice in it and that adds just enough flavor without any excess sugar or calories. I'm a huge fan of the zero calorie drink mixes though
We probably have the best tap water in the world. That's what I drink several times every day. Sometimes I buy flavored water, usually with lemon taste, just because of the bubbles.
Water is my drink of choice. I will drink the flavored water if their is no good plain water available. I do not live in an area where the tap water is very good so I either use a filter or drink bottled water. I do drink it every day, several times a day--I get in a good 6 or 7 glasses or more per day. I also enjoy tea, coffee and an occasional Coke Zero or Pepsi One.
plain please and luke warm during winters and room temperature during the summers. Yes! everyday=)
