What is your favourite cuisine amongst all the styles/ nationalities?
This month I have eaten British, Italian, Thai, Greek, Brazilian, Spanish , Chinese and Indian - I love trying new styles of cuisine and the rich cultural influences. Do you have a favourite?
I love Indian cuisine - the spicier the better. I also love all the little side dishes like pakora and samosas.
It has to be an Indian curry. I live in Brazil now and I haven't had one for nearly 3 years. Boy, I miss those take-aways.
I'd say authentic Italian- not cheesy pizzas or spaghetti and meatballs, but small 4 or 5 course meals with fresh picked veggies, sauces...mmmm.
If you are a food lover u'll love all cuisines.. I love Indian, Italian and Chinese my most fav 3 cuisines. In royal classic i love French cuisine though i'm a veggie i still find these cuisines great no matter if i live in abroad i still get good classic veg. cuisines. If i don't get i simply cook it to relish. Like there is lots to explore in travel same way lots more to explore in food world. Each cuisine has it's own unique style and one must peep out of box and try it. My experience is food will not only full your tummy as well as you will get to know about it's origin and so you will get to know more about that place, spices and there heritage.
My very favorite cuisine would have to be Chinese. I also love Mexican food so much. At home, I have made Chinese food, but I can't get it to taste the way they do in the restaurant, but it comes out decent.
With Mexican food, I made enchiladas, using my own method, not following a recipe, and came up with my own, and it actually came out great. I was so surprised.
basic Southern American, and Cajun.
I also like French and Canadian.
I always love Indian Cuisine and my favorite is Aaloo Paratha with Baingan Bharta including curd and butter.
My favourite cuisines of the world have to be Turkish, Italian, Greek, Mexican and Asian!! I have been fortunate to experience incredible foods in the homes of friends in these great cultures around the world and my most memorable was in a village in Turkey (in the north, 2 hrs from Istanbul), sitting on the floor in a circle of friends with the most amazing food on offer.
I love Greek food but also Indian. We eat a lot of Indian and love it.
