Do you make you kids finish their dinner?
No. I make sure they have eaten what I think is enough but I don't make them finish it. I think your body knows when it's full and there's no reason to stuff it past that point. We follow the healthy portions eaten throughout the day theory.

Is it me or are children eatting habits today.Worst then ten years ago. I thinks so when kids love to go to McDonald's and Burger King then feed a nice home cooked meal. Maybe it just cause now a day parent's are to busy to cook. I'm looking forward to everyone opinion on this subject.

Do you make your kids do homework as soon as they get home ?I used to take my girls for a swim or have a play first & then they didn't mind doing it so much. All 3 girls are hardworking & doing well .How about you ?
