    What are the best type of food items to fight stress?

    Does chocolate help at all? If so, why?

    I'm not sure of the best stress reducers? I know we should try to limit our caffeine intake. As far as chocolate, It stimulates the pleasure zone of your brain. The Same as Sex or anything pleasurable.

    Green, peppermint and chamomile tea should help. Also, eat healthy portions of whole grains and veggies, not too much animal protein as it will be harder to digest.

    they say that chocolate....deep, dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa is wonderful. Can't hurt!! Lindt makes a 70% cocoa with bits of almond crunch in it and it's delicious!!

    I agree green tea does relieve stress.  Also, blueberries great for memory and brain, as well as raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.  I tried a combination of all four berries all at once, I felt very energized and lively and not stressed anymore.
