My favorite gluten free food are seafood such as salmon, sardines, and shrimps. And I like pasture-raised beef. I like eggs and vegetables too. These are all gluten free and great food -- as long as you don't sauce it with ingredients containing gluten.
I love homemade corn tortillas! They're especially delicious smeared with authentic guacamole or pico de gallo. I'd check out kelleyward's hubs, too. I don't need to eat gluten-free but still enjoy yummy her recipes. : )
I have a lot of favorites, but I'd have to go with corn, since it is so versatile. Corn chips, corn bread, corn meal, plain corn, corn tortillas, the possibilities are endless! And I love the flavor of all types of corn.
