    Granola bar. Popcycle. Pop corn. There are plenty of tasty snacks.

    (A) Mock Strawberry Cheesecake.

    2 graham cracker rectangles
    2 to 4 TBSP light or fat free cream cheese
        sliced strawberries

    spread the cream cheese on the graham crackers and top them with strawberries.

    (B) Apple slices or celery sticks dipped in peanut butter. (Jiff makes "peanut butter on the go" which are individual servings of peanut butter; great for snacks or lunches at work, school, or on trips).

    Toast with whole grain bread and whipped cream cheese spread on it. You can add jelly or brown sugar for a dessert--or leave as is for a good filling snack.

    Or use the Adam's Natural Peanut Butter (pre-stirred) and spread 2 tbl. on a banana.  Good stuff!
