How many cup of tea you drink every day?

Tea is one of the drink people like and drink, once I used to drink 10 to 15 cups once a day, now hardly one glass. My choice is tea with milk, what about you.

I have iced tea with my lunch, which is equal to about two cups. I am more of a coffee person and drinks two cups of that each morning. I add nothing to either tea or coffee--no sugar, artificial sweetener or lemon in tea, and no sugar, artificial sweetener or milk in coffee.

For the record, I also drink two small diet soft drinks a day.

I am not fan of soft drink or carbonated drinks. I do not consume them at all. Coffee some time during corporate meeting, or Turkish coffee.

During the winter months, I prefer hot day pretty much every night.  I also like drinking iced green tea through the day........1-2 cups.

I just recently started drinking tea on a daily basis.  I consume around 2 cups per day usually in the evening.  I prefer black tea over ice. I could never get into drinking hot tea.

I drink 4-6 cups. I drink earl gray in the morning, green or chi in the afternoon, and mint at night.
