Anyone know of any good recipe or meal ideas for bringing back one's appetite?
Strangely since Thanksgiving I have noticed a loss in appetite, especially for meat which I am usually very fond. My wife has lost her appetite, also for meats, and has noticed this since the beginning of her pregnancy four months ago. We've both had the flu this week which has lessened it still. No emergency or anything, and I know the cynics answer would be that I am just a fat American who needs to wait. Any suggestions? Looking for hunger kindling!
Try tea first. Herb tea. Peppermint tea. Or green tea. Then go for a long walk and take a piece of fruit with you. Banana, apple, pear.
