    Are you lactose intolerant?

    If so, how do you supplement calcium into your diet?

    I'm in the process of finding out! i'm eliminating it from my diet for a few months to find out.
    But sesame seeds are some of the most calcium rich things you can consume. Also, soy has quite a bit of calcium. But be sure to take it in conjunction with vitamin D, magnesium and zinc. They'll all help the absorbtion of calcium.

    Yes, I am. I´m drinking soya milk instead of cows milk.
