    What's the ultimate breakfast?

    Is it in bed? Is it only a grape fruit?  What's your best breakfast food?

    According to me oats is the ultimate breakfast ...
    its a complete nutritious food which is enough for a perfect breakfast.

    Our favorite healthy breakfast is either a smoothie with fruit, raw oatmeal, yogurt and spinach or Bircher's Swiss Muesli which is also full of fresh fruit, yogurt and oatmeal. I can never manage breakfast in bed because I always seem to spill food all over myself! But if I want a yummy breakfast, my favorite is either homemade English muffins with eggs and fruit or a scone or bagel (homemade, of course). My husband's favorite is my Cracker Barrel-Style pancakes. :   )

    I love yogurt mixed with granola. I usually add walnuts and almonds and sliced banana as well. It's so good!

    i love pancakes with a glass of milk or tea milk. I usually make pancakes at least 8 pieces for the whole family to eat for breakfast. they love to spread peanut butter, kaya or just eat it plain.
