    To answer your question ; all chocolates whether sugar free or  not will cause a person to release gasses from the buttock location..【ツ】ha ha

    Any of those food items that have fat substitute ingredients can cause flatulence, or running frequently to the bathroom. You also mentioned quitting smoking in another question.  If you are chewing a lot of gum, you may be swallowing air and - that can be another cause.

    LOL.  Goody5, Sugar-Free candy does give you gas.  There's something in the sweetener, not sure what it is.  I say, stay away!!

    Hi Goody! lol....  chocolate candy sugar free or not still contains processed foods that probably is the reason why our system has to get rid of via a gas. You made my day! :smile

    Sugar free chocolate 'candy' has to be something like laxative, depending on the milk input. The milk and sweeteners in chocolate act as a sort of 'stool' suppressant.
    There's a funny smell coming from somewhere...
