    For healthy baking, your best bet is canola oil. The flavor of canola oil is milder than that of extra virgin olive oil (which is also a very healthy oil), making it the better choice for baking. Canola oil is low in saturated fat (bad fat), and high in monounsaturated fat (good fat), which means it is good for heart health.

    I always use extra virgin olive oil, but I've heard that the healhiest is rape seed oil.

    olive oil is the best and healthiest        You should never eat canola or soy.   they are not good for humans.
    A couple other good ones are avocado and sunflower.  also grape seed is good
