What is your all-time favorite sandwich or sub?

My all-time favorite sandwich is ham and swiss on rye with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato. How about you?

I'd have to say the BLT made with fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes, bacon, lettuce and mayo (the real stuff) on whole wheat bread. It's one of my favorite summertime dinners served with corn-on-the-cob.

I have two...bacon, egg & cheese with the bacon extra crispy on white bread. As asort of "comfort food" sandwich, tuna melt on toasted white bread. Since I love every type of cheese out there, I'm not picky about which type for either.

Hands down - A really good Reuben.  Good thing I just ate dinner or I might have to run out and get the ingredients.

I love a good cheese ploughman's sandwich.  Cheddar cheese, Branston's pickle, red onion, tomato lettuce and mayonnaise.  I wish I had one now...

I LOVE sandwiches.  My all time favorite has to be:

    Mesquite smoke turkey
    Bacon
    Provolone cheese
    Green Chili
    tomato slices
    Avocado
    Mayonnaise

Place all ingredients on sour dough bread and toast it  in an oven. Simply delicious!

Mm, you have good TASTE in sandwiches, janshares.!
I think my very all-time favorite is ham and provolone on (very) slightly toasted rye with pickled onions, tomato, lettuce and Italian dressing.  I am also a huge Reuben fan!

Although, I rarely have it. I think mine is the Philly Steak. I get it with pepperjack, bell peppers, banana peppers, onions, and black olives, with sweet onion dressing.

I had a favourite some years ago - blue stilton cheese with horseradish sauce on wholemeal - but have progressed beyond that combo now! I go for smoked ham on wholemeal with lime pickle (a hot Indian pickle with tangy slices of lime) washed down with a good brew of strong tea!
