    Ginger is an immune booster. Best taken with lemon, grated in water or made juice in a mix with carrots and beetroot.

    Organic Ginger has a lot of benefits. If taken in adequate quantity it is not only a immune booster, it is a medicine for sore throat, common cold, cough, also known to improve digestion, relieves congestion,helps you lower stress and tension.

    Ginger is used to treat stomach problems like motion sickness, morning sickness, upset stomach, gas, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
    Ginger tea is good for digestion

    It helps lower blood pressure, good for weight loss, has anti-inflammatory properties so it helps if you hve arthritis.  I did write a hub about it
