   Glad to know that you are learning more about Texas without ever having to leave your home.  Perhaps you will eventually be tempted to visit here when the weather is cooler.  March is typically a beautiful time of year.  The weather is moderate, the azaleas and other spring plants are in bloom, and I think that you would enjoy the many sites.  You would get a big Texas welcome from us!

    As you noted, the Bull Creek Cafe serves comfort food in a comfortable, casual setting.  It is a winner!  I am so glad that we learned from locals about the restaurant.  Acpeo did steal it and the last article I posted, but happily the site has been shut down.
