One person suggested to keep the Hershy bars in the refrigerator so they didn't melt too quickly in this gadget. It's compact and easy to store after you've had your sweet treat for the evening.

"I just got this as a gift. It's adorable, works well, and is great for parties. Of course, you have to be safe and monitor it, but the cap allows for adjusting the flame. As for finding the fuel, Amazon sells RSVP Gel Fuel in the right size for the S'mores maker. I love it and so do my friends." (review by Nenni on Amazon)

Some reviewers commented that it was hard to find the fuel for this s'more maker.

My daughter and the kids usually do up smores while camping. The kids have fun with the melting part of course ;)

I am glad to find this as I just recently saw some of these S'mores things to make them at home. Great idea as there are times during the summer these would make good snacks, but you can't make a fire :) I want the book that has all the recipes :)

Making s'mores is more fun if done outdoors over a campfire. In case the weather doesn't permit though or you are not in the mood to cook outdoors, these s'more makers are perfect.

We love S'mores, and make them over our backyard fire pit at home and over campfires on the beach at our summer place. We also make S'mores in the microwave, and call those 'City S'mores'!

It is messy making S'Mores out in the wild at a campfire but you just get a little dirtier and it covers up the sticky marshmalloweyness. These gadgets do look interesting!

I love Smores and didn't even know there was any way to make them except over an open fire. These S'more Makers look very interesting, indeed!

Being a veg, traditional marshmallow s'mores aren't an option. (They're made with gelatin.) However you can make them with melted marshmallow creme as several brands are made veg friendly.

I had no idea these gadgets even existed! And, I have to tell you, some of them might have value for the "what the heck is that?" comments when someone sees them on the counter! Clever ideas -- but I'll stick to the open flame!
