    Hey Katie, I am not sure I want to know "how" you broke your foot, but I am glad to hear that you are okay and apparently the fingers are working at this stage.

    Be careful with meds... lol *fingers might not work so well on them* lol lol

    Hope you heal quickly and back up to normal again. smile

      Your so right, I was powerwashing my deck in order to paint it for Memorial Day, when I feel off the deck, tangled in the powerwasher hose and stubbled about twisting my foot upside down coming down on it at the very tippie end of the step off the deck.... I know you didn't want to know but I had to tell ya.   Oh and right the meds are awful, took one last night to sleep and thought I was going to melt into the mattress, was creepy.   Thanks Cagsil.  I appreciate the thought.  Peace smile

        OUCH!!!
        I figured you tell me anyways. lol
        Some of those meds are extremely dangerous and I know many people who use them, even when they do not hurt. lol No mixing with alcohol...please promise? I'd rather you be here with us, than bottled up in creepiness. lol

          Cagsil, I can't take much of any form of drugs, I have an allergy to codein and am very careful, plus I have a high thresh hold to pain.  The stupid doctors at the hospital insisted I take some home in a envelope plus a prescription for Percocet.

          No worries I promise I won't be taking anymore period.  I had a bad headache today and upset stomach, I think it was the drugs.

          Thanks for your support and understanding.  wink

            Hi Katie;
            Good thing you're allergic to those drugs, in a way.  That's your body rejecting the chemicals, not 'side-effects'.  If you're interested in a moderate condemnation of pharmaceuticals, you might like to read my natural health hubs.

            Since you're temporarily disabed, you might take advantage of anyone around you to be your servant.  A bad leg works wonders. smile

            I'm sure with a little luck and a great sense of humour, you'll be back on your (foot) in no time.  Cheers.
