   Is it really child pornography and is Cyrus really a child?
   
   Cyrus is in the process of changing her image to appeal to adults dropping her Hannah Montana persona and dressing and acting in a more provocative manner in her recent video. So is this a publicity stunt? Was Perez Hilton used? Should he be charged?

      Take a look at case law on this....it doesn't really matter if he faked it or not.  In fact, some DA's would also charge him with "Producing" child pornography. The guy should at the very least be investigated. Maybe this hack job will get his due. He's a disgrace to the blogosphere...

   Miley's been a little edgey for a while now. I don't agree with it because there are still so many kids that are going to imitate her.
   
   As for Perez, he will do what he always does, and that is find a way to put himself in the lime light. I question his ethics and motives, but I don't think he's a criminal.
   
   I think Miley and Perez deserve each other, odd as that may be.

   I don't know which one he posted, but there are some nude pics of Miley Cyrus floating around which do depict her as naked and which were taken whilst she was only 15.... That is pretty much a given.
   
   I would hope that he hasn't published those. Personally I think that Perez Hilton is a whiny hypocritical little b*tch. And lets face it, he is just another blogger who 'made it'. Nothing special about that.

   I would question whether or not a picture of a naked 17 year old can be considered 'child pornography'.
   
   Here in the UK I am legally allowed to have full intercourse with a girl on their 16th birthday (not that I would of course).
   
   I have always found it strange that I am allowed to do anything that I want, with permission, in the presence of a 16 year old girl.... but I would not be allowed to take or share a picture.
   
   Is a 17 year old really a 'child'? If so, why do they allow people to drive at 15 in parts of the US?
   
   In the US they allow children to drive? In real life cars? On real motorways? But a nude picture of a 17 year old is what? A danger?
