   When the heart to brain knocks and asks to cede the feeling And to deny cold-blooded thoughts, What point should the brain fulfilling?

      Forgive me but your English is a little rusty.  I think you are asking when the heart asks the brain to cease the emotion it is feeling, the brain is cold and without emotion so what answer should the brain give.  If this is the correct question, I would answer thusly:  The heart and brain are directly connected and counter each other.  The heart is the center of love and the brain is the center of reason, emotion, and thought.  It is not the heart which asks the brain to stop emotion but the brain itself which is in conflict. If the cold blooded thoughts are bad, the heart is love and may be the 'voice of reason' showing the brain the error.  If you mean "At what point should the brain fulfill the request?" then I think the answer is at the point of forgiveness.

         Thanks a lot! I liked the answer:)) it's always a question which word to choose while writing the poem:) you know this style and rhyme, they should follow one idea:)) and yes, sometimes it can be quite rusty:(

      The brain should be logically listing the pros and cons of any decision.  WITHOUT emotion, the brain should examine the cold-blooded thing being contemplated and decide what would be gained by the action both short term and long term.
      
      This must be weighed in terms of emotional cost vs. satisfaction, but also in terms of financial costs, costs to others, costs to future prospects in a variety of forms, odds of regret, legal liabilities, health/physical gains/costs, etc.
      
      The purpose of the brain in that sort of situation is to mediate a reckless decision.  There are times in life when cold, hard decisions must be made.  But they must be DECISIONS not emotional REACTIONS. 
      
      The heart shows you the path, the brain should help you decide if you should trod upon it.

         what if heart wants and the braid says the other way, logical and with opportunites, is better? But the heart really wants! It cries and prays to cede, as the other way is good, but who says you can be happy there? Heart sees the happy way, brain sees the comfortable way!
