In love, no, lust maybe, or just in love with the idea of what you know of him so far.
Anyway, if you feel it is worth it to give it a try, go for it. He maybe just right for you.
I know long distance relationships are hard but I did it for a while, we are now marred. He lived seven hrs away.
But I would be wary at first till you get to know him better.
