we do not know for sure, but there are some things to indicate more possible than not possible. I think I will go with possible.

In other words, you believe the laws of physics were easily violated because a book written by men who were steeped in myths and superstitions told you so. These were the same men who believed lightning and thunder were angry gods. smile

Jesus could not perform any miracles of himself; he was only a Messenger Prophet of the Creator-God Allah YHWH. Since the Creator-God Allah YHWH helps His messengers prophets against all odds; so whatever miracle Jesus performed were with the prayers to the Creator-God Allah YHWH and with the use of materials like medicines created by the Creator -God Allah YHWH; Jesus of himeslf had no authority on anything:

[3:46] When the angels said, ‘O Mary, Allah gives thee glad tidings of a word from Him; his name shall be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, honoured in this world and in the next, and of those who are granted nearness to God; [3:47] ‘And he shall speak to the people in the cradle and when of middle age, and he shall be of the righteous.’
[3:48] She said, ‘My Lord, how shall I have a son, when no man has touched me?’ He said, “Such is the way of Allah, He creates what He pleases. When He decrees a thing, He says to it, ‘Be!’ and it is.
        [3:49] “And He will teach him the Book and the Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel;
[3:50] “And will make him a Messenger to the children of Israel (to say): ‘I come to you with a Sign from your Lord, which is, that I will fashion out for you a creation out of clay after the manner of a bird, then I will breathe into it a new spirit and it will become a soaring being by the command of Allah; and I will heal the night-blind and the leprous, and I will quicken the dead, by the command of Allah; and I will announce to you what you will eat and what you will store up in your houses. Surely, therein is a Sign for you, if you be believers.
[3:51] ‘And I come fulfilling that which is before me, namely, the Torah; and to allow you some of that which was forbidden you; and I come to you with a Sign from your Lord; so fear Allah and obey me.
[3:52] ‘Surely, Allah is my Lord and your Lord; so worship Him: this is the right path.’ ”

Since Jesus died a natural and peaceful death in India; after when he survived a cursed death on Cross by the grace of the Creator-God Allah YHWH whom he used to call God-the-Father, Jesus now cannot cure anybody by himself; he has no power in this connection.

Even, when alive, Jesus could and used to cure the sick as per the rules set by the Creator-God Allah YHWH; which is that by giving treatment to the sick with medicines as per his knowledge being a physician and also praying for the sick to the Creator-God Allah YHWH. As one knows curing diseases is a mix of prayer+medicine according to the condition of the sick.

Jesus could show no miracle of himself; whatever miracles he showed it was with the power of the Creator-God Allah YHWH; he himself had no power to show any miracles except requesting the Creator-God Allah YHWH.

One could see how helpless Jesus was when he was put on the Cross by the Jews; he prayed to the Creator-God Allah YHWH to save his life; and his prayer was accepted and his life was saved.

      Thanks

Yes, I believe that someone with the power of Jehovah God through his son Jesus can heal people with a incurable disease. I seen these miracles with my own eyes. I have family members who had cancer. On their next doctor visit, the doctor could not found not one trace or sign of the cancer which were evident before. Demonics spirits are cast out of people through the power of God also.

I don't think natural laws can be subverted.  Therefore, NO. Jesus, nor anyone else could perform miracles.

However, physicians and other specialist can perform astounding feats, but only while adhering to the laws of nature.

And to believe Jesus raised himself from the dead is simply a compulsion, brought on by the remnants of the fear of authority.

    No.

I have yet to view any verified data from any reputable, unbiased source which claims to prove one single so-called miraculous healing.  If this were true, the hospitals of this world would be standing idle as no-one would need them anymore.

Do you believe in the miracle of Jesus Christ?

I think the biggest miracle of Jesus is which he promised to show to the "adulterous Jews" of his times; the Sign of Jonah.

So he did not die on the Cross and against all odds survived death on the Cross and made good his escape to India to spread his message assigned to him by the Creator-God Allah YHWH among the 10 lost tribes of the House of Israel, settled in and around India.

Jesus shows no miracles these days as he died a natural and peaceful death in India.

You are simply mistaken that Jesus shows any miracles these days.

He is very wrong! But he has the right to believe it just as anyone esle has a right to believe their own way!!!

I honestly don't agree with much Paarsurrey has to say! Most of it is offensive to christians or other religions! I think he should focus more on his own religion and stay out of others! He needs to dig deep and search for the truth!!!

I am not going to say that all who claim to have healed (faith healers) or those who have been healed are not of God... because I wasn't there and do not know! I know the power of God and know it is possible... and if it was God I am not going to be the one to say it wasn't his power! But... in my opinion I believe most of this to be fake! Most are trying to draw a crowd in numbers to fill their bank account! But to say all are fake I cannot say because I don't know!

Jesus performed many miracles! He was the son of God! I don't believe we see miracles today because God doesn't want us to! He wants people to chose him by faith, not by works or miracles! There will come a time when all will see the miracle of our Lord when he splits the Eastern skies and many will say "Lord, Lord" and he will say "depart from me ye workers of iniquity for I knew you not"!

God, as most refer to Him, is still not His Name. No one knows His Name. Yes, they do refer to Him as Jehovah and many other "names", but what would be equal to what is our given name, Nobody knows it for sure.
I can't remember exactly the verse, but I have read, by calling Him by anything other than His Name, we are in danger of blasphemy
Many of the older versions of the Bible refer to Him as Jehovah, I AM, and many others. But these, as I understand it, are just descriptive names of Him..

Beelzeded, I have read countless times you have referred to God not providing for the starving. I agree, there are starving people, even here in the good ole usa. But look at the whole picture. Provisions are made. Plenty. But in a lot of cases, local government blocks them from reaching their destination. Here in the usa, plenty of families with and without kids receive food stamps. Many of them sell their stamps for cash, at 50 percent of the value or even less. So, again, how is it that God does not provide?

Have you heard of the famous placebo effect? This could explain the so called 'miracle' just as well. Your son (if the story is true...) could've healed himself with the power of faith, but not faith in a god, faith in the fact that he will be healed, and thus, through blind faith he managed to heal himself, without any EXTERNAL help.

At one time I had a problem with my neck.  It would hurt so bad even carrying a loaf of bread would cause me pain.  When I first started attending a Church of God, I was there to observe.  I had heard about being slain in the spirit, speaking in tongues, but had never seen it.  I was curious.  I was sitting in the back pew, just to watch and listen.   Suddenly, heat struck my neck, went up my neck, down my back and across my shoulders.  My neck never hurt again.  I thank the Lord for healing me.  I didn't ask for it.  It wasn't in my mind.  I was healed.
Yes, it is all true.  I wouldn't say it if it wasn't.

Do you believe in the miracle of Jesus Christ? No.

It might be helpful to learn about consciousness adorned by human beings and when it actually began.

It might actually help understand that Jesus did not perform any miracles whatsoever, due to the fact of those who claim to have seen them were at the lowest conscious level at the time.

The poor he helped were illiterate and unaware of their own existence. If you need proof of such, then look when the word "I" was established within any religious book.

I believe Jesus Christ can do anything that is in His will to do. I also know He is not a magician. He will not try to prove himself to anyone or anything. What He will do is demonstrate His grace and mercy and allow the best possible outcome for the individual involved. If a person believes in God, they already know that God will never leave nor forsake his believers. Sometimes it is God's will that a person comes to heaven to be with him. For a believer that is better than remaining in the flesh and experiencing life as we know it. This is not preaching it is faith I am demonstrating.
