I don't think it is about comments. Send email to team at hubpages dot com and ask for more precise explanation, then change accordingly.

Well, of course you can say "I want it to be published the way I want" - yet you have to publish it on your own site then.

  I re submitted...I think the Hub was flagged. Glad I didnt submit my mens underwear Hub today! Seriously! I had to take personal pictures for that one! It is still on "word 2003" you all could have seen me in various under garments! My son is traumatized...he took the pictures!

The delay in pulling the hub from view was probably in an effort to let nature take its time to let you go naturally blind.
Now, are you sure it has been pulled (if you will excuse the terminology), or do you just not see it.
Perhaps you have been allowed to go selectively blind.
Or, perhaps, only the active select have been able to see.
