My Traffic Stats - Good, Bad, Normal?

   At the moment I have 59 Hubs and average between 75-125 Hubs a day after 2.5 months on HubPages.
   
   I currently have 12 blue arrows compared to 3 red arrows and have 31 Hubs that have yet to receive a view today.
   
   Are these stats normal? good? bad? terrible?
   
   I have a full-time job, child, wife and home so I don't have more than maybe a hour or two each day to invest into online writing and HubPages, so if you only had that much time what would you do each day to increase traffic: Write more Hubs, backlinks, participate heavily on the forums ....
   
   I just want to make sure I'm making the best use of my limited free time and desperately want to improve my traffic as my guess is these stats are somewhere between "bad" and "terrible"

      Do keyword research for the hubs you already wrote. Modify those hubs accordingly. Backlink accordingly. If you have some spare money, invest in some kind of keyword research and backlinking software. This will be the most efficient time management in your very limited time situation.

   I'd guess that it is a decent start. As far as time goes, considering how limited your's is, I'd invest it in three ways. Writing more hubs, learning more about writing keyword focused hubs, and limited forum participation.
   
   The first two are for obvious reasons, the third can be a part of the second (but not wholely, as there is much to learn that will seldom be openly discussed here) but the meain purpose of forum participation is for some company in this pursuit, I think. I know your name, so I know you've been doing some forum participation. This indicates you're a social soul and will benefit from continuing to associate with others in the forums.
   
   My advice for forum participation is to just stick to the need help and knowledge exchange subforums, and also that other one, um..... hub makeovers or something like that. Avoid the long dumb discussions in the politics and religious forums which can suck you in and waste a great deal of time. Also avoid the pointless "what's your favorite color" threads in the sandpit and hubber's hangout.
   
   Now back to your stats. It's a start, and really I'd guess a very decent one after only two months to someone just starting out in this. I remember being there, and being told that I shouldn't expect much in the way of daily results until I was getting about 500 daily pageviews, and I thought wow I have a ways to go. But it wasn't long after that at all when my roughly 100 a day was indeed regularly exceeding the 500 a day suggestion.
   
   Keep learning, and the hubs you publish will keep being more quickly successful.
   
   The three biggest things are keep learning, keep doing, and don't get discouraged.
   
   Whenever I see someone who has done up 60 hubs in a few months and I can see that the later ones are more focused, I know they're on their way, if they just keep going.
   
   The ones who say it isn't about the money and keep publishing poetry and journal entries will likely never make any. Worth mentioning, at any rate.

      I appreciate the response. There is a lot of great information hear and I'm happy to hear you think I'm off to a good start.
      
      I know everyone says getting started is slow-going, but sometimes it feels as if I am on some kind of snail pace.

         You are better than me, I am getting around 50 visits per day from nearly 50 hubs in 4 months time. Generally it looks your performance is average and not bad.

            I think it's about writing hubs where there is a gap in the market.  I have been here nearly a month, my stats are probably similar to yours with the exception of one lucky hub which was getting me 800 views a day.  it's fallen to 300 now but I have linked other hubs to that one so they get more traffic. 
            
            Think what people are going to be looking for, do the research and then you should be fine.  I admit my good stats were partly research, partly luck, but it shows what can be done.

   You need to get a lot more traffic before you will start earning a decent amount, but you are on to a good start with only 2 months under your belt!

   My goal has been to get one view per day per Hub.  I only recently have started to hit that target consistently so now I will try to increase from there.

   Question: When you all relay the number of visits per day, are you including all of them (hubpages included) or just search engine (organic) traffic?

      I was relaying all of them.  Though most are organic traffic, I would say about 10% are hb views.

   I get next to zero HP traffic on my earning accounts. And frankly I prefer it that way. Less games I have to play.
