   Is actually trashed during readings of the constitution in Commons !!!!!!!!!!!
   
   So here's my dumb polish Canadian question/s
   
   They report these should now be read daily/constitutions same place
   
   Is this place public and what would a heckler on her own gain yelling out in any forum, nothing of any significance, despite which side?  Is the constitution a rare reading like this?  Could even I go and sit to learn there/rather anyone?
   
   I am only assuming this is a rare occasions given I picked the smallest of 19 videos covering the heckler
   
   Don't these rights stand for her too, so why disrespect?
   
   Or am I way off base and this is rarely an occurrence and go back to Wikipedia?

      The heckler as removed because she violated the rules of decorum. Imagine trying to conduct business in a manner where hundreds of people are all shouting out things at once, it would be impossible! So free speech is encouraged, but this has to be done with order.
      As I understand the reading of our constitution has been done before in congress. It is my humble opinion, that it should be done at the beginning of EVERY new congress to remind our leaders that is what they took an oath to uphold and protect from all threats foreign AND DOMESTIC, like the health care law they passed that a judges has found one provision to be unconstitutional, and in my opinion the whole thing is!

         @Lady - No, you are incorrect again. She was not "removed because she violated the rules of decorum." She was arrested and charged with unlawful conduct and disruption of Congress.
         
         With regard to the single judge who has claimed that a single part of the health care law was unConstitutional. That was 1 out of 19 so far that have been tried in a Federal Court. 18 have stated that the entire thing is entirely legal. 1 judge has ruled that the Constitution’s “interstate commerce clause” does not provide the federal government the right to implement a mandate to make sure that everyone has health insurance coverage. That judge was named Henry Hudson.
         "According to disclosure forms, Judge Hudson reported collecting “dividends” totaling anywhere from $5,000 to $15,000 from Campaign Solutions over a five year period of 2003 to 2008. Campaign Solutions later acknowledged that Hudson has owned stock in the firm since it was founded.
         Campaign Solutions has a long record of working with conservative organizations and Republican candidates, including none other than Ken Cuccinelli. As the Alliance for Justice points out, “Campaign Solutions, has done work for a host of prominent Republican clients and health care reform critics, including the RNC and NRCC (both of which have called, to varying degrees, for health care reform’s repeal).”
         Coincidence? Hmmm...maybe.
         
         As for your statement that the entire thing is unConstitutional. I find that strange considering you openly are trying to understand the basics of our political system. Don't you find it slightly hypocritical that you are a Constitutional scholar but don't understand 2nd grade US civics?
         
         On a side note - how cute is it that on the very day that the Republicans were reading the Constitution, that two Republicans were off are fundraisers instead, missing being sworn in, and yet casting 6 votes each...which is a direct violation of the Constitution. You might not understand our current political structure, but do you understand IRONY?

   The only thing I can say with certainty is that the political system is not meant to be understood by the masses, it is way to complicated for anyone to honestly think it is meant to be understood by the masses.

      Not really... it isn't that complicated but it does take some study to grasp the intent and how it's supposed to work. A key component in the political system is an engaged, and educated public. They system falls apart when people become apathetic and concerned only with themselves. It's not enough to vote, you must educate yourself on the issues, on the constitution, and you must call and write your representatives as well as support the candidates and lobbies of your choice.

   Yes. If your Congressperson happens to be a Democrat, definitely call or write. Don't attend any in-person rallies or you could end up dead!
