Fast and Easy Money on Hubpages

   What is better - earning fast or earning longterm? I´m not right sure if there is any place in the world to earn money fast, except a bank robbery. But even this need time to plan before - normally.
   
   I think if you write articles a lot of people are interested in you will get the traffic you need to earn good money with hubpages.

      It's the difference between writing for upfront pay versus writing for residual/earnings. I prefer earnings since there is no limit to what an article can earn. But practically, it also depends on when you need the money and the quality of the article (some may not earn anything).

      I would say, earn fast money enough to keep bills being paid then focus on long term passive earning. Combination of both works the best for me.

      I think it depends on your situation, but for me it's all about the long game, but its nice to make a few $$ while we get there.

   I prefer a mix of both.  The immediate earning keeps me moving forward from day to day, but I make more from letting things sit long-term. 
   
   Really, it's just a balance of what you want to achieve.

   It there an easy and fast way to earn money online? Of course legal and not "adult"? I don't think so. It's all about patience and hard work.

   Honestly after ten years of making a living online, take the quick money. Things change sooooo quickly. That doesn't mean that you turn black hat, but I've seen very few long-term evergreen content systems work for 10 years - and I've tried.
   
   I've built wonderfully original content rich sites and watched them become totally irrelevant as unforseen events happened. Cultural and economic trends abound.
   
   Just the change of Google preferring blogs to traditional sites for awhile killed a bunch of affiliates. We won't even talk about state internet tax which took out a bunch of affiliate friends. There was the Google Florida update that wiped out people in early November one year. It goes on and on. If I can't generate a decent revenue stream in 3 months with something, I don't bother.
   
   Oh and some merchants just toss you out of their programs, after you've built site for them - because you rank higher than them in the search engines, and other stupid reasons. Then you can have your favorite merchants go bankrupt.
   
   It goes on and on.

         Nope. I had HP up and cranking out sales in six weeks when I put my mind to it. I've just found another game to play in and it's producing sales nicely in just two weeks.

            I felt quite fortunate to find Hub Pages and have started making some sales in my first few weeks here.
            
            I look forward to finding some other ponds to play in that work as well too!

      Last time an affilate chucked me from their program for ranking higher I went and talked to their direct competition and opened up a bid, I ended up getting paid over $3k to switch all my products to one of the competitors.
      
      The original affiliate then threatened to sue me, surprisingly enough I never heard back, possibly because their lawyer told them they didn't have a case. 
      
      The truth of the matter is that if you are ranking higher then at least they have two spots in Google instead of one, and at least they have the sales rather than the competition.

         Absolutely. My point being that that isn't evergreen content or long-term content. That you just don't create content and sail around the world, enjoying residual income for the rest of your life. Evergreen content is a myth and one of the biggest misconceptions in online marketing.

            This is the first I have heard of Evergreen content being a myth and I have to say I am happy to hear it.
            
            I find it extremely difficult to write interesting/creative articles on timeless matters that haven't already been documented and presented online 10,000 times before my attempt. "How to Bake a Cake" .... Boring!

   I'm been here two months and I'm happy with my Adsense and Amazon earnings.  I guess earning fast is better for new hubbers like us because it gives us incentive to write more.  Money is a great motivator.  But I'm still learning my way around.  Best of luck to you.

   There are alot of gurus that perpetuate myths so that you'll buy their systems on click on their adsense ads. Usually when I talk to them, they actually have very little success with marketing products to people. The only things I believe in online conversations are the things that I've proven to myself. The best thing that happened to me was that I came of age in affiliate marketing before the forum craze, so I had to sit in my kitchen and teach myself stuff.
