I recently tried to post a link to facebook, but it brings up my old page and old picture - not the new one. Help?

The picture you have a  on the first or second capsule will be  picked up as a thumbnail image when you share it on face book. If you have your pictures lower down in the article it will take your profile picture by default... This has been my observation. Hope it helps smile and welcome to HP smile

Thanks! I actually deleted my first one and that is the one that keeps popping up-
ok one more question? How do I keep the previous entry? Do I just keep adding text boxes?

          I don't think I understand your question..
Well let me see if this works... use a text capsule first, so that you can have your Google ads placed there , the next you can have a text and photo module and make sure you put in the photo that you want to show up and the rest of the capsules you can do it which ever way looks pleasing to the eye...Hope this helps smile

well I did take a look at your hub,... just a cursory look.. the problem is you have all the text in one text capsule. If you use different text capsules for your paragraphs the hub layout will look much better. Edit your hubs and change the layout. The hub about smiles of our kids has a picture at the end,.. get the picture in your second set of capsules/...text and photo side by side that may help ..hope it is clearer now smile

I agree with Sofs, who has given excellent advice.

HubPages is not a blog; usually, one does not keep adding entries. Instead, write more hubs. If they are related, you can group them and/or link them together.
