Hmm, nobody seemed to like the Tom Swifty thread I started.  How about a movie game?

Post a line or two from a movie. The next person names the movie it's from and then they post a quote. The next person names the movie and so on.

    I'll start:

"You want the truth? You can't handle the truth!"

      A Few Good Men.

          Office Space

              The Lady Vanishes (Alfred Hitchcock)

"There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. Some kind of high powered mutant never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and to rare to die."

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas! One of my alltime faves.
I really thought I picked an AH movie old enough to stump everyone.

"If we were lovers, I'd have to lie and I don't think I can do that."

Cousins (1989) Isabella Rosselini said it to Ted Danson.

How about this one? A little less obscure. Well, I did want to stump everybody, didn't I?

"Did I ever tell you about Sammy Jenkis?"

          Memento

"Ray, when someone asks you if you're a God, you say YES!"

Finally! I didnt think Memento was that tough.

But Ghostbusters was a bit easy.

"So, what's it going to be then, eh?!"

You got the wrong movie but the right movie is from that same year that Dirty Harry came out.
Hint: that line is also the first line of the book on which it was based.

    Clockwork Orange

"Someone didn't bother reading my carefully prepared memo on commonly-used passwords. Now, then, as I so meticulously pointed out, the four most-used passwords are: love, sex, secret, and... god."

Yeah well my passwords are much more complicated. You should take more time to come up with passwords that are more creative than . . . oh wait, that was your quote wasnt it?

      From Hackers.

"What can I say, I'm whipped...I'm whipped. Will you be my girlfriend?"
