I would like to request the ability to create anchor points within a hub for more options when it comes to cross hub linking or even links within a hub for those that may be quite long.
For example, google's knol platform creates a table of contents with automatic anchor links created by the subject headers ( H1, H2, H3, H4 )
Like so: http://knol.google.com/k/kemp-adrian/ho … zq6i0g/41#
And with the anchor links available there i can have a link like this: http://knol.google.com/k/kemp-adrian/ho … g/41#Vaygr(C2)(A0)Assault_Craft
Which leads directly to that anchored section of the article. This will help not only with SEO (especially considering that what google does on knol is probably something that would help other content sites) but also ease of use for readers when it comes to large hubs. Not to mention i could create some really vicious index pages for my content with this ability.
Automatic Table of Contents creation can be secondary, considering its easy enough to do manually, but creating anchor links is currently not possible as the html editor strips the anchor points within text sections out.
You can create a Table of contents by linking to modules.
See:

What is needed is for HP to put in a "copy this capsule's URL to clipboard" button. Then you can paste it to URL box of a link.
Or even just add a drop-down list of the capsules IN the particular hub and pick from the list!

I had been reading that adding a table of content would somehow increase the quality of my hubpages. So I added one to one of my hubs. The hubpage score for that hub immediately dropped by 1 point.Opinions?

How do you create a functioning table of contents for your hubs?By that I mean a table of contents with clickable chapters (or sections) that'll scroll you to that point of the hub automatically... I've seen it done, most instructions on this say you need to have a link, but that means re-opening...

I have finally published a hub that has been deemed unfeatured. I can only direct my attention to a table I inserted which was long when viewed on the mobile platform. Grammar is checked, titles tweaked, content is solid as its in the same vein as my other articles. Do you think this could be it?...
