I love football and I am so excited that the season starts tonight! Do you have a team that you root for every year?

You know R.S., I was disappointed they got rid of him...I mean he's not Peyton Manning but he sure isn't Alex Smith :-)

Well truthfully he was not at all a bad QB. I think everyone agrees to that. I've just been longing for a "smart" QB. And I think with Luke and Blaine we will get that. I believe a smart QB will start getting more w's for the Jags.

I agree, if they were going to make a move they should have in the offseason. Now let's see what Gabby has got!

New Orlean Saints. Being from the Louisiana we use to call them the Aints. But finally with the help of a great quarterback on and off the field, Drrew Brees has helped change our franchise around. And with Sean Peyton, one of the greatest coaches in our history, we will still be a threat for seasons to come.

GO BILLS! Probably yet another painful restructuring season back in Western New York but I LOVE football regardless.

I hope you're feeling different about the Bills today. They are getting better on both sides of the ball.

The Packers are looking good at 6-0 this year.  I am really impressed with Aaron Rogers; he is the best quarterback in the NFL right now.  He doesn't make mistakes and always finds a way to get the job done.

I am a diehard Cowboys fan.  It has been painful the past few years but I am sticking with them.

I have been a Houston Pro Football Team (Oilers/Texans) fan since the 70's. It hasn't been an easy journey...at all! I have learned...and it has taken a long time to learn...to not get excited with all the talk, talk, talk, at the beginning of each...and every season. However...I believe there will be that one day someday...I hope ?!?

The Oilers had some good teams in the late 1970s but couldn't get past the Steelers (neither could the Cowboys in 2 Super Bowls against them).  I always wanted to see the Cowboys and Oilers play in the Super Bowl back then.  They also had some fun teams to watch with Warren Moon.

Always Exciting! (That much was for sure.)

That Super Bowl Match-up between Oilers and Cowboys...back then...was something that I think...alot of folks would have liked to have seen...oh well !?

I have been a 49ers fan since 1967 when, at 11, I was just a kid on a bicycle and I swerved out in front of a car. The driver slammed on his brakes and I slammed on the brakes of my bicycle and crashed. This really big guy got out of his car, picked me up, made sure that I wasn't hurt and warned me that cars don't have feelings so I should be more careful when around moving vehicles. He never spoke rough to me, just concerned that I was ok. The next day, I saw the guy again only he was on tv. He was the quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers-John Brodie. I've been a Niners fan ever since.

My favorite N.F.L team is 6burgh and a close second is any team that pounds the Ravens(former Cleveland clowns).
