55 year old woman wants to try out to become Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader

   A grandmother of two says she has the figure, the dedication, and skills to pull off becoming a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader, but will that be enough to become the NFL's oldest cheerleader in league history?  I guess we'll have to find out.  Here's a link to know more:

   Good on her - very brave to try.  And if she is successful, it should be because she has the skills and attributes needed to be a cheerleader, not because of the publicity or because they feel sorry for her

   The Pittsburgh Steelers have won more Super Bowls than anybody.
   
   Do you know why?
   
   Because the Steelers don't have any cheerleaders.
   
   Now, you might point out that the Browns do not have any cheerleaders either. But the Browns drink that polluted water in Lake Erie, which is known to cause ED (Erectile Dysfunction). The Browns wouldn't know what to do with a cheerleader.
   
   And I am tired of hearing the lame excuse that Tony Romo sucks because he spends more time scrutinizing the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders than he does the playbook.

   I'm 55 and am incredibly impressed with her!  Don't know if I'd have the guts to do this, but if I had half her courage and looks, I'd be on top of the world, cheerleader or not!

   I've you've ever watched the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on CMT, you'll know that no way in hell will the two ladies who run the organization allow this woman on the team.  They are really, really picky and really particular about a cheerleader's age.  The show has even shown the snarky, nasty comments from these women as they critique the cheerleaders, including many cheerleaders 30 or older who they say are too old.
   
   Don't think it'll happen, not because of the lady, but because of the women who pick the cheerleaders.

      that's rather sad if you ask me.  well, it never hurts to try at least.  even if the she doesn't make the cut, she can at least hold up her head knowing that she gave it her best shot, as nobody can ever take that away from her.

         I think the lady in charge is named Kelly and truth be told she is brutal.  She used to be a cheerleader and stayed with the organization after that.  The cheerleader should try the Cincinnati Bengals.  The current oldest cheerleader is on their team and at the age of 42, she's doing a great job.

         More power to her, because if you can do the job, you should get the job!

   Nowadays, there are a whole lot of beautiful, fit and athletic 50+-year-old women around.
   
   In fact, I am a 65-year-old male and I am often mistaken for a 45-year-old.
