   The smartest thing that I have ever done is to admit that I am not smart.\
   
   There are so many objection to this because numerous men and women in the world taught that they are smart. Are you smart enough to admit you're not truly smart.

      The more I learn, the more I realize I don't know! 
      
      The smarter you are, the more you realize how ignorant you are...does that make sense to you?

         Hi! Mmargie 1966. you have wrote a fantastic interpretation of what smart really means! As you have said, the more you learn, the more you realize you do not know. In application, as I study the Bible deeper, the more I realize how magnanimous God is and I can't really fathom His wonders nor the slightest of His wisdom.

      To truly think that you are a fool is to actually become foolish.
      
      But to know that you are wise but willing to play the part of the fool is actually the way wisdom grows and perpetuate itself.....
      
      I believe this is what you meant to say in the beginning.

      And you consider this wisdom?
      People are not taught that they are smart. Where in the world did you come up with this particular thought? It certainly didn't come from Wisdom, that's for sure.
      I am smart enough to dispel falsified wisdom. On a side note- "smart" is more about Intelligence. If you claim you're not smart? Then you lack the intelligence to discern true wisdom.
      
      The best path for understanding is to know that knowledge is key. How you turn that knowledge into actions is what shows whether or not your perception is accurate, which then provides you the opportunity to possess Wisdom.
      
      Yes, it's common knowledge that a lot of people fail to realize that Wisdom is one of the key ingredients to stave off "stupidity" and when people are lead by false Wisdom, it is clear to everyone but themselves.
      
      Since, I don't consider myself wise my ego is in check and my perception is accurate, due to the fact that other people realize the Wisdom in my words and constantly tell me. So, I have Wisdom which is recognized by others, leaving me no rhyme or reason to think I am wise, but leaves with the understanding that I am. It's not something I think. It's something understood.
      
      Btw- No G/god required to achieve Wisdom.

         Cagsil, Thanks for that comment. I welcome that but It does not mean that I agree with you. no matter how God denies the fact that God is the only one who can make one wise, nothing have changed the eternal reality of His Character.
         
         This is how man may gain wisdom, true wisdom:
         
         Pro 1:1-7  The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel;  (2)  To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding;  (3)  To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity;  (4)  To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.  (5)  A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:  (6)  To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.  (7)  The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

      As human beings we all want to believe that we are smart, even if we don't believe ourselves equal to Einstein. And in America, we want to tell everybody that they are just as smart and just as capable as anybody else. It's an easy trap to fall into, thinking that you are literally just as good at everything as anybody else. The fact is that most people are smart, but not everybody can join Mensa (I know I can't!)
      
      Or, to paraphrase Clint Eastwood, "A person's got to know their limitations."

      This is the Adamic Inception at work.
      
      Do you realize you are greater than Adam, who was given ALL wisdom & understanding of heaven-earth, that he would live in this stasis forever? Do you realize the Inception was reversed, once more giving every human access to that understanding, without reserve?!
      
      Why not accept who you truly are instead of continuously enabling your ego/mind/reason to dictate who your really are?

      Years ago a friend told people aren't smart enough to lie.  They forget the lies they told and get caught.  Not lying is wise.

      I was once in delusion but now that Christ found me, He imparted me the right understanding of I am and who is God Almighty.
