Most folks can't see the spirit world. And many that do see it think that it lies in the the outer fringes of our reality. When in reality; the physical world lies in a small portion of the outer fringes of the spiritual world. (I think)
We are the product of IT and can only understand that portion that "IT" deems necessary for our existence. "IT" has not given us the necessary tools to prove "IT" exists. Cause it isn't necessary and in all likleyhood, Not beneficial to us to be able to do so.
I disagree. It has given us the necessary tools to understand "its" existence; but there are many who do not pay attention.
Was just posting a thought. Not so well thought out I think we have been given enough tools to get a glimpse of "IT" but only the tip of the iceburg so to speak; kinda like sitting in a boat looking at the shoreline.
I'd not be seeing the country JUST the shoreline.
Theoretically we would be like John coffee in the green mile. Seeing, hearing, feeling everything, going possibly nuts? Would defeat the purpose of glimpsing the IT part that we need to glimpse.
Good morning everybody
I'm Just speaking off the cuff some more.
Penny you are right...Kinda sorta ; Though John was only aware of a small portion of that which he experienced. He did have faith in what he knew to be true!
I think ... unless we are there on the other side we can never do more than to see through a glass darkly
Nods.
All the necessary information is genetically built/programmed into us, and the mental, physical ability to apply that information without strain or stress.
James.
What do you mean, "Most"? Who are these very "special" people who can? What do they see? Why do they see it and others don't? What physical attribute do they have that allows them to see this world?
What atribute do you posess that causes you to see the things which you see? Are YOU "Special"
My eyes. Duh.
So, are you going to answer my question?
What do you mean, "Most"?
= - = - =
me
Is this a real question? ..What do you think "Most" means
================================
you
Who are these very "special" people who can?

me
Why do you feel that these are "Special" people?, I didn't say they were special!
=========================================
you
What do they see? Why do they see it and others don't?

me
Do you know why anyone see the things that they see, or why they don't see what they don't see?
========================================
you
What physical attribute do they have that allows them to see this world?

The only answer I can imagine would be "willingness to see"
Hi jerami. I think you are right in some ways. I don't know about anything giving us the tools. Maybe it's just a question of frequency. Like; we can hear a lot of the sounds elephants make, and we don't hear a dog whistle.
I do believe everything that exists would have to be encompassed in the space within this universe. So, if the spiritual exists, maybe it is by our choice, on the most basic level of who we are, that we can't detect it. Because our most basic level is the part that is connected. The part that made the choice to participate in this manifestation of reality.
Maybe there will come a time where we will become able to 'see the spiritual'. Once we are able to determine how this reality is possible. How it rises from the energy of the universe.
we are able to determine how "THIS Reality" is possible' being the key words (I think)
Emile R
And a great big good morning to you too.
And the frequency thingie you mentioned ??? would have to be the doorway through which we would have to understand and pass through (I think ???)
Well said, Emile.
Love it. The frequencies of light are actually what made things visible-invisible, solidify {physic} and such. What, then, is the proper frequency for a human to exist between the visible-invisible and both be tangible. Keeping in mind sound is also a frequency of light...
James.
Being tangible is an illusion. At the atomic level it is the negative charge of electrons repelling the electrons of other interacting atoms that generates resistance, and thus the illusion of solidity. If the size of an atom's nucleus was that of a tennis ball, then the atom's electrons would be about 2.5 miles away. So atoms are virtually nothing but empty space. Thus you, me, everyone is practically nothing but empty space. If your electrons did not repel those belonging to a wall, you could walk straight through it.
So is the spirit world also material but consisting of different subatomic particles that do not react with our own except in some exceptional circumstances? Who knows, maybe one day CERN is bored with the Higgs Boson, they might detect ghosts in the machine.
Nice. Ghosts in a particle accelerator. Spooky.
But, yes, I think the unseen subatomic particles -or rather the unknown frequencies of subatomic particles is that thing called the spiritual frequency. Hey, the Universe is 98% unseen, so nearly all of it is space. But space is not just void, it is completely full. Is space the ruach, the breath? Hmm. One wonders. If you and I were to consider the text on this, space is "the word of his power", which essentially upholds {maintains, stabilizes, allows formation, physic} all things; like water vapor and air in a balloon.
James
It is an interesting quantum-philosophical thought that if in him all things hold together and what holds things together are numerous strong/weak quantum forces, then will we find Creator's fingerprints at the quantum level as well as his glory declared in the Heavens?
A truth is such a simple thing; ..... until we intelectualize it to extreem.
We can even rationalize a perfect love to death. Didn't take no pictures (for proof) but I have seen it myself, in my life and in those around me

What do we indicate to - when we use the word - real? Are imaginations real? Well - when we imagine - we are obviously doing/using something (materialists = electricity of the nervous system/ others = spirit).So - though the contents of a fantastic imagination might not be necessarily true...

Can Christians be what other would consider "sensitive" to the spiritual world?I have met many Christians that say they can see things that others don't! Many of them don't know what to call but being sensitive. I personally don't believe in physics, and medium, and these Christians have...

Have you outgrown your original sin nature?I have been working quite hard at looking at sin. One thing that stands out clear is that elder people generally do not sin. They may be jerks but they don't do others harm. I reflect on my own life run riot for 40 years and more. But I have not harmed my...

There is no observer independent concept of Reality. Reality must always be interpreted from the vantage point or through the prism of whoever/whatever is observing it. Thus Reality on its own CAN NOT exist without it being perceived and interpreted by an observer,A case in...

Why are there spirits roaming the earth? Does this means that there is no heaven or hell?
