If you have joined a lot of fan clubs of people whose writing you like, and you really want to read their hubs, how do you get around to all of them? Most of the people I follow are pretty prolific.

If you don't have time to read them all, how do you choose? Do you go by the title? Or do you do a fast preview? Or what? When I read someone's hub, I always comment. My feeling is: if they took the time to write, I can take the time to comment.

I used to deal with it pretty well but once that hubchallenge came along, it messed up my routine and I haven't been the same since. I try to read as many as I can though. I don't always comment anymore for many reasons especially if there are a ton of comments already, most of it has already been said.

This is not a bad idea. If it's been said, no use saying it again. But then, how do they know you've been there?

they don't but it doesn't mean you forget about them. I'm sure there is many I miss but I catch them when I can. I hope they know it and understand.

I go to my fan list and go through it page by page. It takes awhile but I certainly try to visit and comment. If I don't comment I certainly always take the time to read so that I know what is going on and how they are doing. smile

I go through my fan list every day and glance through the titles. If a hub looks to be about something I have no interest in or don't think I will enjoy, I may bypass it. There are a few favorites I visit no matter what, but my list is too long to read every new hub that gets put out. I wish I had time to read more, but I have too much going on to read them all.

I'm hopelessly out of touch and I don't think I'll ever catch up!

Don't try to catch up. Just start all over again

I'm afraid I am in a similar position to Feline.  But I do look at my Fan list, and try to read a least a couple of Hubs every day.
If there is already a really long list of comments, I may not leave one, otherwise I try to write a comment.
