Who is responsible for this travesty?

It sounds like he refused to tell the police what happened, so they suspended everyone involved until they worked it out.
Ok, why? Sounds like they had enough information to me.
We don't know what they knew at the time he was suspended. We don't even know if the only source for the story (the suspended boy's mother) is telling the full story now. Here is another take on it:
"The student said he got onto the school activity bus with other players to go home, and when he was getting off the bus, he saw the suspect sitting with a gun in his lap.
He said he asked the suspect "Are you going to shoot me?" and the two got into a physical fight at which time suspect pointed the gun at him, threatening to shoot him.
Several other students then got involved and were able to wrestle the gun away from the suspect."

Another report says the gun was never seized
"The victim said he hit Davis in the head, at which point Davis pointed the gun at him and threatened to shoot him. The victim’s sister pulled him off the bus soon after when it arrived at his stop, deputies reported.
Detectives later found a loaded .22-caliber revolver in Davis’s dresser drawer at his home, reports said. Davis refused to speak with deputies, saying he wanted his lawyer.."

Hush, Psych. You are ruining a perfectly good case of righteous wrath, something that could have been blown into a mountain of emotion against the "system" that produced such a terrible thing.
A three day suspension, effectively for refusing to cooperate with the police. That doesn't sound to out of line to me.

Minutes ago I read an article that said the portion of the brain responsible for understanding the future consequences of present actions is not fully formed until age 25. Given that should we immediately raise the voting age to 26?I have two daughters. Both voted for candidate Obama. One thought...

Some may say that fascism is on the left of center but when you take all of the 14 points they seem to fit the republican leaders to a T. I believe that they started to try to get women in to thwart the obvious fact that they are extreme fascistsFascist issues and how it relates to...

For context, the details aren't the point, the action is. That the student appears to be an activist is only important relative to what is claimed and reported to be his 'bullying' behavior: whether it was as innocent as the student claims or as strident as his background might indicate.It...

It's just for chuckles, not a serious discussion. There have been countless Voter ID discussions and the 'anti's' are seldom able to support their opposition, but when I saw this tweet it brought a chuckle. The gist: apparently the UK government is now requiring an ID to vote. It also appears that,...
