I am trying to re-apply for the AdSense program, but I get this warning message: It appears that your Google AdSense Account, with the publisher id [redacted] is no longer associated with HubPages. Your application may have been rejected by Google, you may have refused the association with www.hubpages.com through the AdSense Third Party Access Page, or your previosuly approved account may have been disabled due to violations of the Google AdSense Terms and Conditions. You should not apply again, as each person is only allowed to have a single Google AdSense Account. Please review Google's Disabled Account FAQ for further steps that you might take. If you have simply refused the association, you may be able to change that on the Google AdSense - Thirdy Party Access page or by clicking "Next" below.

If I click "next" it gives me this message: You are currently signed into the Google Account [redacted], which is either not an active AdSense account, or still pending an approval. This account cannot be used to monetize your content.

What am I supposed to do?  Help!

That's a lot of identifying information in your post hon, you might want to remove the email address and publisher id.

This means your AdSense account has not been approved by Google.

Please consult the "rejection" email sent to you by Google. It will give you instructions to fix whatever issue caused the disapproval and give you instructions on how to reapply. If you still have questions about the disapproval, you should respond to that email to reach the AdSense support team who will be able to address the issue.

I would recommend you don't try again until you have 20 Featured Hubs.  Adsense is getting more fussy about whom they approve, and I haven't seen anyone get approved with less than 20 Hubs for ages.

Wait until you have written 15 to 20 Hubs - 20 would be safer. Then try reapplying. In the meantime check to make sure that you receive email at that site and all of the other info which you gave them is legit.

That happened to me too and I got the same message. When I re-applied, they sent me a message that I should make my posts longer.before I re- submit . I plan to do that - edit all my post before I start  creating another post again.
