There is a busy barber shop, operated by two barbers.
One has beautifully groomed hair; the other's is a bit of a mess.
Which barber do you choose to do your hair, and why?

      Hi Lizzy,
Maybe the one with messy hair. It is likely they cut each other's hair.

Excellent. LOL and how many would choose the other.

The one whose own hair is a mess because we know that a good Barber never has time to do his own because he has so many satisfied clients.  Truth is, he probably cuts the person whose hair is so perfectly groomed.

The groomed one, because they are both skilled workers, however variant in style, even if they cut each other's hair, what are the chances they might be sleeping or not bothered while their hair is being cut.

The one that is a mess. The one with the groomed hair goes to his salon before he goes to work and does not know anything about barbering.

It's always been my understanding that good hairstylists always have bad hair.

Almost every barber I've ever been to has been bald. It always worried me slightly.

    Thanks for playing, everyone!

Jodah and sallybea have the traditionally accepted answer and reason; The Examiner-1 has the right answer for a slightly different bit reasoning and logic.  wink

The ungroomed one. It sounds like he might cut his own hair and I cut my own hair and if sometimes it looks a bit off it all works out in the end.

    Neither. Barber's are for men.

LOL, Beth!  Yes, well...in these days of "unisex" everything...  who knows.  The sister of a very good friend of mine is a barber, and she runs her own barber shop!  She never wanted to work in a beauty salon, as she has no use for all the drama that can be found there.  wink

She's in her 40's--married for many years..has an adult daughter.  And she's been doing this for many years...was already married, I believe, when she opened her first shop.  ;-)
