    Thought my first Hub was really insightful. Got a lousy review.  Title

      Yeah, we can't see it until it passes QAP. Here's a few common things to look at...
      - 500 or more words
      - 2 to 3 pictures
      - Grammar
      - Use of subtitles and captions
      - add a poll or quiz capsule

      These aren't necessarily the issue but addressing them will only help get your first Hub published so we can see it. (of course use as appropriate for your Hub)

          Hmmm, I'm a little hesitant to help a Steeler fan. Perhaps that's why they took so long! LOL

          The poem is good but I would've liked to see a "True People" photo and you may want to re-categorize it. Other than that, poetry is an art form and I don't feel my standard HP practices or advice really apply. I believe advice you'll get on this will depend greatly on what brought you to HP and what you want out of it. Some write here for money and others to write...to me, it makes a big difference on the advice you may find useful.

          Congrats on getting your first Hub out there!

      You should be able to further categorize this into "poetry" as well for better results. Try adding an image so that it will display next to your title to make it easier to find on your profile, too (:

        Been trying to get my picture beside my Hub. I can get it on the page of my Hub but not beside it in the feature poems. Need advice on how to do that.

          In the edit mode, click the arrow at the top of the capsule to move the picture to the right.  Then, click the up or down arrow to move it into a text capsule.
