    Hi,
Many of us are using adsense revenue sharing sites to reach to readers as well as to increase the revenue.

More than 170 sites are available to share the revenue but will this sites are realy helpful to increase the revenue or pulling the traffic towards our blog? Will this activity kill our own blog?

My experience about Hubpages is quite good but about others are very worst.

Till date i am confused about revenue sharing sites.

    What is your opinion?

It depends.  If you're republishing the same material on your blog and on the revenue-sharing sites, your blog could be damaged.

Search engines don't like duplicated content.  They supposedly penalize the newer versions, but sometimes it seems they are influenced by the page rank of the site.  So for instance, if you publish a post on HubPages and on your blog, the search engine will feature the HubPages version and ignore the blog version, because HubPages is more "respected".

The best thing is not to duplicate content.

I have tried almost all online revenue sharing sites and I can bet and assure, there is nothing better than Hubpages. If used wisely, it can earn you more than a regular job. Yes, it is now earning me more than my income as area manager for an electronic company.

I think adsense is starting to get me upset. I write about electronics and get adds for sexy singles... This happens on all my hubs and it is not wonder I am not making much in the adsense department.

Remember that Google doesn't have a bottomless pit of ads waiting to be served. The sexy singles ads are annoying, but Google makes a buck by serving them when they have nothing else at the time. That doesn't help us very much, I know.

I suspect, but I have no proof, that the sexy singles advertisers are buying keywords all over the map. If the advertiser purchased a keyword that you chose, Google makes the connection.

Sandra, if your hubs don't get traffic, then the first time someone goes there, they will get default ads for hubpages as a whole - and I think the dating and bollywood stuff is very popular with outside visitors to this site, so that;s what will be served up.

The solution is to visit your own hubs once a day- that way if a genuine visitor from the search engine turns up in the next 24 hours, you'll get ads relevant to your hub. The alternative is to try to kick-start traffic with a little social bookmarking. But don't leave the hub sitting there unread, as when you finally get a visitor the ads will be wrong.
