When people are new, one of the most common mistakes are typing all the hub into one text capsule. I had to go back and redo so many of them, to be able to insert pictures and Amazon products, and all sorts of things. It pays to read all the directions before you begin, but many of us are so focused on publishing our first pieces, we forget to do that! Glad you worked it all out.

    Hi Amrita2015, welcome to hubpages!
    I'll try to explain!
When you have the picture on your hub you will see arrows, one for right, one for left, then two (I think) that extends the picture, you can also move them up or down with the arrow keys, don't be afraid to try it! That was how I felt when I first started on hubpages, try it! It won't disappear unless you click on the cross and then it still gives you the option to change your mind. Hope this explanation helps. tlcs

If you only have one text block, the only option would be above, below, or right. If you want the photo in between the text you would need to break up the text into two or more text boxes

Hi i too was having this problem i don't know why. I resolved my own by when it went to the bottom i just moved it up via the up arrow , by the edit button on the said capsule. You will have to repeatedly do that if you want to insert more capsules to the top. It's more work but you got to do what you got to do!

There are several way to add and move around capsules.  You can use the box on the right, which is probably what you are using. It's called add content capsules. This adds the capsule to the bottom of the page.  To move them around, you can go to the individual capsule and use the up and down arrows.

Another way to add a capsule is to hover to the left of where you want to add a capsule.  An insert capsule button will pop up and you can choose the type of capsule you want to add.  This places the capsule exactly where you want it.

Another way to move around the capsules is on the right side underneath the box that you used to add the capsule.  It's called organize your content. You can drag and drop the capsules where you want them.

You need to have the text broken into two capsules if you want to put a picture in the middle of the text.

By braking text (inserting text capsule and paste your text there) in between, you can add photo capsule.
