    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub Adele's Diet: How did she do it? (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

Hi Isabel! ☺ Welcome to HubPages.
You could make the following changes:

      1. Change your title. A title is very important in drawing the attention of your readers. It should be such that it could summarise your whole article. Perhaps you could make a title with SIRT food, which is your main topic.

      2. Pictures must be properly attributed, that is, add the source name/URL of the image. Make sure the ones which you are using are in the Public Domain (free from copyright). Some sites are Pixabay, Pexels.com and Morguefile.com. Flickr is great to use too, but you need to search for images which are applicable for commercial use.

      3. You have included some recipes in your hub. There are huge chunks of text which makes it look untidy and not easily scannable. Use the bullets and numbers format which will give your hub a neater look.

      4. Add an appropriate video if you can. You could use a table or callout capsule too.

      5. There are minor grammatical errors. Correct them too.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

This is a very crowded field. A Google search for SIRT Diet delivers 174,000 hits. Are you sure you want to be in this competition?

Grammar is a problem. Here's one paragraph with corrections in brackets:

"These kinds of food activates (activate) specific enzymes in the body. These enzymes is (are) called Sirtuin. Sirtuin performs various important functions in the body. Apart from protecting the cells in the body against dying when exposed to stress ,  (there should be no space in front of comma) it also regulates inflammation, metabolism and aging. Another important function is that Sirtuin According (no capital a) to British dietitians, Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten of The Sirtfood Diet (APA style is to italicize book titles) (2016), Sirtuin influences the body's capability of burning fat and increasing metabolism.

However, the worst offence is that parts of your text appear to be lifted from here

This is stealing and is absolutely forbidden.

You've republished recipes from the SIRT site - these have already been published by many print and online magazine. It's not acceptable practice at HubPages.

I suggest you delete the hub, spend some time at the Learning Center https://hubpageshelp.com and then find a topic to write about that is unique and original to you.

If the introductory paragraphs are your own writing, you need to brush up your English language skills. HubPages requires a reasonable standard of grammar in its articles.

    Good luck.
