I just notice that a comment was approved on one of my hubs on Feltmagnet. It said "Status: Admin Approved.  ip: 89.203.76.52".  That's not me. I have all my hubs set so that I have to moderate comments but it seems that this one was done for me. The comment was left by a hubber, so all is well. However, I don't like the idea of someone else, or some sort of automated system, approving comments.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Happened to me once for a hub on niche site only. I didn't like it either.

      Hi theraggededge,

Our moderators look at most new comments for spam and other issues. In rare cases, legitimate comments will be erroneously flagged as spam by our system, in which case mods will approve them manually, which is what happened here. You can always delete these comments from your articles later if you wish.

Thanks, Christy. I still get some rather questionable comments coming through on one particular hub of mine - they don't seem to get picked up at all. Oh well.

Poor Sakina being marked as spam big_smile I shan't delete her, she's lovely.

It's nice to know they're moving good comments out of spam.  My concern is, when I get comments they're often asking for advice.   How will I know when Admin approves a comment, so I can answer that comment?

I had notification that there was a new comment by email. When I went to approve it, it wasn't there, so I went back to the email, checked which hub it was and then found it. I much prefer to have the option to reply on the approval page. It's quicker and easier than going to the hub.
