I'm a little confused over the coding for our Hubs on our Account Page.  I currently have a Hub that is printed in purple (and have different ones printed in purple off and on.)  It says this means it is not published but at the same time it has the icon for Featured Article by it.  Any ideas as to what this means?  Thanks.

As HeadlyvonNoggin mentions, these are links you've already visited. Links you haven't visited in a while should show a different color. smile

That may just be the browser showing you that this is a link you have clicked.

Is it brown? If so, it may be unpublished.

      Can you post a screenshot?

Articles that you recently visited show that purple color for some days whenever you may be visiting your account statistics page. It reminds you that you have already visited them recently.
It is just like a message that you viewed those hubs and may need not view them again for the time being. It is useful when editing your hubs. You will not click again by mistake to edit it again unless you have got some more new ideas to edit. In this way, you can know how many hubs you have viewed or edited recently.

Someone was asking about this the other day. Try it with the forum threads. Click on the link to any thread. When you go back to the main forum, that link you clicked on will be purple. It's the same with Google results and any other webpage. Most browsers will change the colour of a previously clicked-on link. It's been that way for years.

Thanks all.  That's really useful information in terms of keeping track of which articles you've edited recently.  I usually just update the one with the lowest score when I'm in the mood to update.  This reminds me which I've edited most recently so even if it is the lowest score I might decide to focus on a different one that round.

To check edited hubs by date, just click on the heading 'Changed' in your account. You can sort hubs ascending or descending. You can do that with any column heading.
