It's good to hear that some of this is related to a hubpages issue - I went from around 88 (might have been 86) yesterday to 32 today.  Somewhat deflated and mystified today.  My individual hub scores seem to be hovering in the mid 70s which is down a bit from where they were yesterday.  Thanks to this forum thread.  It's useful to know that it's not just me.

Hey, it's like a square dance, isn't it? -- Up and back and down the middle, changing scores, go back the other way...

    quite catchy smile

I quit worrying about Hub Scores a long time ago.
(the above statement is a lie)
I have seen them bounce up and down so much in a day that I just gave up.
    I focus on traffic.
If a lot of people come to my Hubs and like them, that means more to me than the Hub Score.
Some of my highest traffic Hubs have mediocre scores.
Don't get me wrong, I like higher scores...but still.
