No, pictures of woman even sexy ones have nothing to do with writing.
Why asks such a silly question.

How can a picture be construed as creative writing? No, of course not. Kind of a silly question actually.

Pictures are not writing. But they certainly can be creative.

Sexy pictures of a Woman are not considered Creative writing, it is Creative photography. Some of them are meant only for a porno site while others are of good taste it just depends on what they are shooting and what a woman is wearing.

Pictures, and their captions, are not creative writing.  There is nothing creative about a simple sentence such as "Here I am keeping in shape on the pole in my bedroom.".

I would say that creative writing follows the written word. I'd agree captions, though they can be witty, wouldn't necessarily qualify.

No! By definition, it is photography/design. Now, captions are another matter! smile

I'm guessing if you are pulling numbers in anything goes?...Is your underlying content creative writing?...Only for the reader, judge and jury to decide...

picture n writing. it really depend on how u want to define it. From the words, it is clear both r different stuffs. But internet is a free world. U define any thing u want, whether people agree with u is another matter.
