Does everybody have third eye or can see entities beyond the vision of our naked eyes?

Everyone has the ability to open their third eye.  There is a methodical practice in the book Awakening the Third Eye by Samuel Sagan MD, currently a free download so hop to it. You can get to it via my hub Third Eye Meditation.

Vision is something that is opened, so seeing entities or presences is perhaps not something that happens automatically.  Some people have the innate ability to see non physical presences and entities and ghosts or fragments of energy.  Others learn the art through practice and more practice.

I can open your third eye in 10 minutes via skype if you like.  But afterward it is you that must flex the muscle and use it.

Our eyes only send messages to our brain, which "sees" things. What our brain interpits can be influenced by other messages it receives from other nerves.
When we first wake, everything may be completely dark. However, as our body responds we start to "see" a little of our surroundings.
It should not be called our third eye, it should be called our main eye.
Our regular two eyes can give false messages to our brain [optical illusions], it is our "main" eye, that distinquishes the truth and fiction.
So, the answer to your question is, YES, everybody has a third eye but it will only "see" what the person wants to see.

Not likely, it is just wishful thinking for people who fancy having magical powers.

In Taoism cultivation, we can cultivate to see things that our nake eyes cannot see. For example, you can see the energy field, magic power beams, spiritual things and so on. Of course, the properly trained one is the accurate and controllable type. Those that go self DIY will never get to the real thing and they can lead to dangerous things such as mental illness or scizophrania too.
