   There are millions of affiliate programs on the internet with real products digital product and services. Most of them are free to join the only requirenment that pops up some time is the need for the website

   Linkshare, Shareasale, Commission Junction, Pepperjam, etc., and many sites have affiliate programs on their products without providing it through an affiliate network.  Always look for an affiliate link on the home page.
   
   Paydotcom is another I just thought of that is similar to Clickbank selling info products but smaller.

   I work with Google adsense mainly but I just recently started promoting cpa offers thru Maxbounty.
   
   If you are unaware these are "cost per action" offers and in most cases you will not need to sell anything to get paid. You will just need to have an interested consumer perform a required action such as fill out a form or email submit.

    I highlight some affiliate sites and other sites that offer real goods - Linkshare, CJ and Google Affiliates have a lot of sites that you can join as an affilliate - also - a lot of stores have their own affiliate program - for instance I have joined a 'party' site that sells party products - so just visit sites that are perfect for the hub you are creating and see if they have an affiliate program.

    try commissionjunction.com  They have links to many places that have affiliate programs and many have real goods such as books and movies.  The only thing you have to have is a website such as Tripod.  You have to browse many of the programs and join the ones you want.  Then you would get the html code to paste the buttons on your website.

    Commission Junction says they have 65% of the major players in their affiliate program. We just joined them. We have been with Shareasale for about a year and they have an excellent reputation and based on my experience it is deserved. Linkshare is another big one.

    There is many companies who offers affiliate marketing opportunities that you can promote besides Ebay, Amazon, etc. For example: If your niche is writing then you will probably look to sign with many different companies who sale software for writing - you can find them on CJ .
    Cpaleads is very popular for webmasters who own the website, and pay out is great. Big advertisement company always looking for more ways to get their products and service to the consumers. 
    All companies offer free affiliate, none of them charge any money in order to become affiliate, but all of them have terms and conditions how you can advertises their product or services without spam other people. 
    
    When you ask about real goods all those companies have real goods they can be send to your home address if you are affiliate with them, but it's working through CPA leads ( Cost Per Action) or PPC ( Pay Per Click) . CJ, neverblueads, and many more out there have those opportunities. I hope this helps

    I used to get every month a good amount of money by referring others to that site. Its a residual income too.

    Just try moreniche and markethealth if you want health affiliate program, they are one of the best health affiliate program. The payment method is through paypal and cheque as I remember.

    I did a good research on that subject a while back and joined the following sites on the basis of not only being free but also have lots of products to choose from plus a decent percent

       I have never received a pay out from Chitika, and I used them for six years.  Their ads and banners are ugly and take forever to load.  Don't bother with them.
