Has anyone found relief for chronic back pain?

I have DDD, sciatica, L5S1 herniated disks and...stenosis.

Look into medical marijuana, I have heard of great success with this method.

    Hey bad back mom,

Sorry to hear you're suffering.  Just to let you know, stenosis simply means narrowing of an opening.  With very rare exception, degenerative disc disease (ddd) is necessary for disc herniation.  Once you have the herniation there is enough stenosis (narrowing) to put pressure on the spinal nerves (this is the source of your sciatica).  Hope that clarifies things.  If you search for the youtube video "Nanaimo Chiropractor discusses slipped discs" I go into it further.

I terms of what you can do for the pain, ignore the idiot tbat suggested marijuana.  Not feeling the pain doesn't mean the problem isn't there.  Many people receive benefit through chiropractic care.  It is rare for the condition to be beyond the point of receiveing any benefit.

    Best of Luck!

I agree with the chiropractor. After an adjustment, my chiropractor puts me on E-stim with heat for ten minutes. Works wonders for that day, and after repeated treatments, I have noticed some improvement.

I have not personally had relief from pain using these products but I have seen others who have. The way these chips work is quite amazing, I would suggest you read up on the science of them on the web site then contact me and I can get you some samples to try. Thanks. www.rwc.cieaura.com.

Yikes, you must be in a lot of pain. I've written a few hubs on how to relieve pain naturally. Most of the methods I talk about should help relieve your pain.

But for more of a long term solution it sounds like a visit to the chiropractor is definitely in order.

I must admit I have had Chronic back pain for 12 years, 24 hours a day.  Please read my hub.  The pain pump has helped me without it I laid on the couch daily.  Thanks for the pain pump implant
