What is your favorite guitar?
electric or acoustic?
gibson or fender?
What type of guitar do you enjoy playing on your free time or for your career. Do you play electric guitar for rock n roll music or do you play acoustic guitar to keep it mellow. What is your favorite brand of guitars? I hope to gather some information for a survey on my website. Thankyou very much for your time http://webstarts.com/heavymetalmasters
I prefer Ibanez Rg model. I got RG 570. Also I like neoclassical shred stile.
Gibson Les Paul Studio is my weapon of choice. I get really thick beefy tone when I combine it with my VHT Pitbull. 11's Super S
Great for Southern style with a punk kind of edge to it.
I love my fender strat also but only on certain scores. 9's
Martin for the acoustic
i play electric guitar i play rock hard rock metal my guitar is an epiphone leas paul i like the sound of humbukers compared to single coil so i go gibson all the way dont get me wrong fender's are a great guitar but if i had to choose it would deffintly be gibson
I play my Les Paul once in a while when I want that extra sustain and overdrive, but my heart's with Fender, I love those spongy, human-like voice tones you can get out of a Strat!
My favorite guitar is Fender Stratocaster. I play rock n roll.
Owning a Fender Strat, Les Paul Studio, and a Gretsch hollowbody, I must say, for me, that there is no definite way to judge one guitar over another. If I'm playing a rock gig, there's no way I'm gonna take the hollowbody. But at the same time, if I'm playin in a big band, I'm definitely taking the hollowbody. The choices to be made between electric and acoustic or gibson or fender are choices based on application, taste, and personal feel, I suppose.
My favorite guitar would probably have to be the Kramer Pacer. Has a great sound and a simplistic look that I like. Next favorite would have to be the Gibson Explorer. I like the look and the great sustain that you can get out of it. Then comes the Rhoads V......
I think I just like all guitars
Ibanez AS93
a guitar for all seasons, what an axe; and very pretty too
The best guitar I ever owned that played really well was an epiphone Les paul. It was the first guitar I bought brand new that wasn't a cheapy copy and I loved playing it
I love electric guitars...just from a design standpoint. And I favor japanese copies...because they are still very reasonable in price.
honestly there are both wonderful guitar brands. but ill go for fender LOL

What is a good electric guitar under $500?I've played on a $100 charvel for 10 years and perhaps it's time to get something nicer. Gibson and Les Paul seem to be the best but those generally cost $500+.
