What should you look for when choosing an online college?
Take online courses through your local community college. it's your best bet.
If you are determined to earn your entire degree online I would first check out whether the college is accredited, and if so by who - then research that accrediting agency and see what THEIR credentials are. Also, very important, try to get feedback from current or previous students (you can probably google this and find a lot) to see how the college rates as far as course availability, quality of instruction, help available, etc. Another really important thing to find out would be what percent of the students that start there end up getting their degree, and also what kind of jobs do they end up with.
You should check thoroughly about the accreditation and reputation of the college before getting enrolled into it.
There are so many accredited colleges and universities with excellent reputations offering online programs now, and the list continues to grow.
When I chose my online college I looked for the accredited schools that were most knowledgeable and helpful in getting me scholarships, grants and loans because that was a major concern for me.
Many schools are even offering some very attractive financial aid packages and incentives of their own now, just to compete for the growing number of students that want to attend college online.
The first and foremost essential factor to consider is the accreditation of the college. Then check for its reputation from some of its current or past students. Another important thing to consider is the curriculum. Compare curriculum of the degree you wish to pursue with online degrees (http://www.stevenshenager.edu/online-de … ograms.php ) from other schools. You may want to interview the college alumni to find out details about their employment assistance history. I recommend Stevens-Henager College for their repute and curriculum.
you need to get in touch with the alumni of that college , they can better explain about it and additionally suggests you better option.
