Who will win the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa?

There are many favourites and some teams which were historically underdogs could really suprise us.A special mention of historical underdogs with a trick up their sleeves are South Korea,United States and Ghana while favourites this year are Argentina, Spain, Germany, Holland and never forgeting Italy which is always full of suprises.

I'd like to say England, but with our track record on penalties!! i feel its a bit too early to really say who might win,but you can never write off Brazil,Argentina,Italy Spain or Portugal. We might have a better idea next week once the teams have played their second games.

The form teams coming into the tournament would be Spain, The Netherlands and Brazil. After Germany’s display they look a very good bet to do well in the competition, perhaps final or semi-finals.

Argentina have a lot of potential but Maradona’s side seem out of balance. They are very light in midfield and do not really have recognised full backs in the squad.

Many people will say that form counts for nothing in the World Cup, with many teams getting off to a slow start and finding their feet in the final 16.

I think it will be a Netherlands and Spain final with Spain taking the cup.

It is wide open. But most likely one of Brazil, Germany, Italy or Argentina will win over the game.
